The restaurant boasts the freshness of its fish, offering a wide variety of seasonal fish species such as Ine rock oysters, Ine yellowtail, and tuna. Fresh fish landed early in the morning is sent directly to the kitchen, and the freshest dish of the day is served, providing the ultimate local gourmet experience.

Located on the grounds of the Ine-cho sightseeing exchange facility "Funaya Biyori," it overlooks Ine Bay. In addition to counter seats on the first floor, tables are available on the second floor.
Our History
Opened in 2017 within the "Funaya Biyori", which was developed with the aim of enhancing the tourist reception system in the Ineura area where boathouses stand side by side, so that visitors can relax and enjoy themselves. It is designed to allow visitors to enjoy the attractive seasonal and time-specific scenery of Ine-cho and fresh local fish along with local sake.
About the Chef
Makoto Morishita
Born and raised in Ine Town, Makoto Morishita has been familiar with the local sea and mountains since he was a child. Every day, he goes to Ine fishing port in the morning to select fish, and cooks them for lunch and dinner. He selects fish on the spot and decides on dishes according to his customers' preferences.
